Participating in this significant event, the İSTGÜVEN Running Team achieved a notable success by securing fourth place among 17 corporate teams. Having finished seventh in the same competition last year, our team gained significant momentum this year thanks to an improved preparation process, climbing to the fourth spot.
Completing the challenging 5 km course in 01:31:08, our team missed out on a medal by a margin of just two seconds. We are confident that our team will achieve even greater success in the years to come. Private Security Officer Semih Baylas was our team's top finisher with a time of 29 minutes and 58 seconds, while our colleague Ercan Kitapçıoğlu—competing independently in the 30 km category—made us incredibly proud by winning the bronze medal.
Our Deputy General Manager, Halil Oruç, also joined the 29-member İSTGÜVEN Running Team this year. Growing and strengthening day by day, our team makes a significant contribution to our corporate sports culture.
After the race, our General Manager, Mr. Murat Emrah YILDIRIM, met with our staff, delivered a motivational speech, and presented surprise gifts prepared for them.
