The exam was conducted with the aim of enhancing the professional competencies of security personnel and supporting their career development. İSTGÜVEN AŞ established a specialized examination process for security personnel who either wish to pursue a management career or already hold managerial positions. In the Manager and Manager Candidate Assessment Exam, a total of 148 questions covering various competency areas were posed to 1,600 security personnel. These areas included verbal aptitude, situational awareness, perceptual attention and accuracy, pattern recognition and comprehension regarding events, knowledge of private security legislation, and case analysis. The questions were designed to measure both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the security personnel.
